Bright Beats is dedicated to growing the next generation of leaders. That’s why we created the Youth Leadership Academy, a unique program that gives committed volunteers the opportunity to develop real leadership skills while serving children with developmental and special needs.
Leadership Pathway: Move from volunteer to team lead, then into roles such as communications, program design, or chapter leadership.
Skills Development: Training in public speaking, event coordination, teamwork, and leadership.
Mentorship: Guidance from experienced peers and adult advisors.
Recognition: Certificates, service hour documentation, and leadership titles that stand out for school, college, and beyond.
Middle & High School students who actively volunteer with Bright Beats.
Volunteers who show dedication, reliability, and a passion for service.
